About Valuation Partners UAE

An independent valuation practice for the UAE

Valuation Partners is an independent valuation advisory practice. We value businesses, private companies, shareholdings, LLC interests and intangible assets for clients in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across all seven Emirates.

Our specialist purpose

Valuations in the UAE are often prepared as a side service by brokers, general accounting firms or advisers with an interest in a transaction. We set up Valuation Partners as a dedicated valuation practice, so that UAE owners, investors and advisers have access to an objective figure with the reasoning set out in full.

We are equally comfortable valuing an owner-managed Dubai trading business, an Abu Dhabi investment holding company or a group spread across the mainland, the free zones and the financial centres. The size of the assignment does not change the care we take over it.

The range of our work

Professional standards

We apply recognised valuation approaches and, for financial reporting work, the requirements of the relevant IFRS. We use only qualifications our team actually holds, and we do not claim memberships, registrations or court-expert appointments we have not obtained.

What we do not do

We do not value residential or commercial property, land, machinery or collectibles as standalone assets, provide statutory audits, broker business sales or offer regulated financial services. Where a company's value depends on property or equipment, we rely on appropriately qualified specialist valuers.

Our approach

Four principles behind every UAE instruction

A valuation specialist, not a bookkeeper
We draw on accounting and tax knowledge, but valuation is the centre of what we do. We do not offer bookkeeping, audit or business brokerage.
UAE structures first
Mainland, free-zone, DIFC and ADGM entities each have their own ownership rules. We read the documents before we value the interest.
Independent of the outcome
Our fees never depend on the figure, a deal completing or the result of a dispute. The evidence leads to the conclusion.
Clear professional boundaries
We keep valuation separate from tax advice, legal advice and the auditor's opinion, and say so in every report.
