Using this site means accepting the terms below. Valuation assignments are governed separately, by the engagement letter signed for each one.

1. Who runs this site
Valuation Partnersoperates this website for its valuation advisory practice in the United Arab Emirates. References to “we” and “our” mean Valuation Partners.
2. General information only
Articles, guides, examples and answers on this site explain how valuations work in the UAE. They do not take account of your company, your documents or your purpose, so they are not a valuation and are not tax, legal, accounting or investment advice. Illustrative figures on the site are examples, not client data.
3. Enquiries and engagements
Sending the request form or an email does not make you a client, and we may decline any enquiry, for example where a conflict of interest exists. Work starts only once an engagement letter setting out the scope, basis of value, valuation date and fee has been agreed.
4. Accuracy
Laws and practice in the UAE change, including corporate tax rules, free-zone regulations and company law. We review the site regularly, but we cannot guarantee that every page reflects the current position on the day you read it.
5. Content and branding
The Valuation Partners name, logos, text and layout of this site are ours. You may read, print or share links to pages for personal or internal business use. Any other copying or republication needs our written consent. Photographs are used under the licences listed on the image credits page.
6. Third-party websites
Links to authorities, courts or other organisations are provided for convenience. Their content and policies are their own.
7. Limitation of liability
So far as UAE law allows, we accept no liability for loss caused by relying on this website. This does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Law and jurisdiction
UAE federal law and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai govern these terms. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
